2. Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels that were included at the time of delivery.

Cases Where Returns or Refunds Cannot Be Processed:

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following scenarios:

Late Returns: If the return request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.

Damaged or Used Products: If the product shows any signs of use, wear, damage, or is missing its original packaging or accessories.

Refund Processing Timeline:

Once your return request is approved and the product has been picked up, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.
